We ensure student grading is secure by using password-protected systems for submitting and accessing grades. We encrypt all data to keep it safe and restrict access to authorized personnel only. How do I get started an instructor?

You can get started as an instructor by contacting us at this email: insight@grades.com or this phone number: +27 902-432-297. You will be given a User ID which you can use to log in with this link: Intructor Login

How will students receive their results?

As an instructor, you can add your university and your students. For each student you add, they also have an account which they can log into at: Student Login. When you have finished your evaluation for the student, you can send the result to his/her dashboard, where the student can cross-check it for errors.

How are students evaluated?

Students are evaluated per week/milestone added by their instructor. Each week the instructor adds for a student is rated out of 5. Each instructor can add a maximum of 5 weeks for each student. And under each week, the instructor can choose to add tasks/goals completed in that week.
